Recognition channels to praise colleagues. The people team does a lot of events. Summer and winter parties and team events the other quarters. There’s also budget for anniversaries, birthdays, etc.

Monthly town hall with transparent status updates. Weekly team meetings and 1:1. There’s a leadership academy/monthly meeting as well.
Work-Life-Balance
Top, can work around appointments if necessary. Only 1x per week in office. You’re treated as a human being first.
