Very poor candidate experience

The recruiter had contacted me for a position in Munich and suggested a time for a phone interview. I was excited and agreed to her suggested time. The call then got postponed twice by her and in the end she did not contact me at all at the agreed time. I tried to reach her but she did not respond. When I tried to find out from her why the phone interview had not taken place, she did not even apologize but just stated she had me in her calendar for another day (she completed ignored what had been agreed between us in writing). She also emphasized she would be very busy.
At that point I wrote to her that I was quite disappointed with the process so far and that I did not want to be considered for the role anymore. No answer from her...
This has probably been the worst candidate experience in my career so far. I was and still am quite surprised. I am convinced that this does not reflect Google’s values as a company but am nevertheless disappointed. The ratings here on kununu show that I am not the only candidate experiencing this.
My advice: train and rate your recruiters according to candidate experience.
