Generally, I had a good interview experience. The involved candidates were punctual and courteous. The interview allowed time for questions to be asked and answered. The questions were answered in a professional and concise manner, albeit sometimes a bit non-committal. I was sometimes given the feeling that the requirements did not match the actual responsibility, as well as that the candidates were unsure of what they wanted from me. I hope that, for future applications, requirements were phrased less ambiguously and that the involved parties were able to explain the duties involved more understandably. It was a good interview experience and I'd apply again, if the opportunities and incentives are given.
