Location, either you move to Freiburg or you have to commute every week. It is not sustainable.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Fire the useless people, to some pressure on results. People like to be challenged and feel that they are achieving something. Please, stop being so inflexible about opening offices outside Freiburg. It is really hard to find good resources in Freiburg or people that actually want to move to Freiburg. We loose a lot of potential with this attiude. Go for big cities as well, to spread and growth. Be more open-minded.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
super relaxed atmosphere, no pressure at all, very nice collegues and even the team leaders are very laidedback. They respect your personal life and there is always time for coffees, lunch and chats.
Kommunikation
There is no communications between departments, if you want to know what's going in on next door, you better work your network. Here is the key for people to give information and they will give you the information if they like you.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Appart from the ones that are not part of your "trusted cicle" (those will make your life hard, no having time to deliver the suff you need and no one will presusure them to do it) the other colleagues are very helpful and I nver felt that there was a competiton between collegues. Don't expect stuff to be delivered quickly.
Work-Life-Balance
In my opion too much. There is no pressure at all to deliver and you personal life always come frist. Perfect company if you have kids.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They are very relaxed, the goals are higly achivable and even if they are not achieved they will be very understanding. You will have almost no hierarchy and a very flexible schedule.
Interessante Aufgaben
I think they have very good ideas and the resources to do it but unfortunately the operationalization doesn't follow. 80% of the people that work here are too old-school and don’t match the future direction that the company wants and have to take to survive. Honestly 80% do not work, do not deliver and are very well paid, just waiting to go to retirement... meanwhile they will block your work. You will need 10 times more the time to do something that you would take in a normal company. But still very good and relaxed environment.

Much more men in high positions that women, the preference is clear.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
They feel threten by your work and they will block you. They just waiting for retirement, doing nothing and having good salaries.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Amazing! you can do home oofice, have 30 days of hilidyas and the flexibility to do even more. You always reach your targets and get the bonus ;) Good salary, litle work, no pressure.
