New isn’t always better. But I strongly believe it will help the economic results, as well as the overall employees satisfaction and also image of the agency, if there are some changes being made at the top.

Kommunikation

One thing is being told to the big team and something very different to the Department heads.
Departement heads are being used for the dirty work.

Also, you should be careful with trusting certain people in HR. Your concerns and critiques aren’t as confidential as they make them out to be. Personal experience.
Not everyone on HR is like that though.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Everything is butterflies and sunshine on the outside but not having each other’s back and gossip seem to be part of the daily routine.

The most skilled people have left in the last months/ years.
Not much outstanding talent left, in my opinion.

Work-Life-Balance

Work-Live-What?!

I always work at least 60 hours plus and never once got compensation (monetary or day off).
Too much work for not enough people.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

It may appear all sooo nice and sooo sweet and sooo cool and sooo perfect - but it is far from that.
Gossip is very, very common.

Interessante Aufgaben

Depends on the team/unit. But there are some interesting clients/projects.

Gleichberechtigung

Some people can come and go however they please. It’s really funny almost, what certain people can get away with.

Other people will be on the short leash even though client satisfaction is high and numbers solid. Certain people are very controlling and it’s not at all clear why.

Men and women are equally treated though. So that is a plus.

I would say average.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Office is quite old school. Just the client facing rooms are nice.
But they are working on that.

Home office is an option now - thanks to Corona. But they much rather have you where they can see you: In The office.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

If it helps with certain clients, it may appear as it is very important.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salary depends on your negotiation skills. It also helps if you threaten to leave to get a raise.
