Toxic, cliquey culture, everybody talks bad about everybody on their backs, esp. management. A lot of power games that lead to nowhere and the most clueless, incompetent managers that I’ve ever seen (in all departments: client services, strategy, creation ) . They only produce garbage and are still proud of the garbage they produce. It’s unbelievable how an advertising agency with the label TBWA can lack so much taste to what is good work and what isn’t.

Change the management, if you want real change. There’s a bunch of incompetent people sitting on the top that have absolutely no clue of how to grow and develop a creatively-led business.
