Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Truly transparent, level-headed and inclusive. I have always felt a strongly directed but calm approach from the management which cascades down to team members.

Honestly nothing. I really like working here.

Only small things like the office space working environment, and maybe more budget for home office things.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Open and culturally sound. There are no "start-up bros" here. Everyone is very level headed, inclusive and open to out-of-work activities like bouldering, occasional dinners and gaming.

Kommunikation

Communication from management is very transparent in my opinion, compared to previous companies. We are always in the loop on direction, initiatives and all teams report on their current initiatives in all-hands so it's not dominated by one teams topics.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Collaboration within team and across teams is very open. If there is a hiccup or miscommunication, it's resolved in a healthy manner and very quickly.

Work-Life-Balance

Very flexible work life balance with excellent EU and non EU remote work policies. I've never felt pressured to be working outside of my hours and I can leave work at work.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I have never felt a strong hierarchy system here. Within the product + tech teams everyone has an equal say and the management and supervisors are very collaborative and open, but still provide necessary guidance when required.

Interessante Aufgaben

Working within mental health always has very interesting problems. I would say however that the speed sometimes means tasks can become un-interesting over time, but this is usually regulation and all workplaces go through ebbs and flows of workload.

Gleichberechtigung

I find this a very gender equal workplace within my own team and within management. Some teams are male dominated but this is known and is being addressed.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Very flexible, ability to choose to WFH, work remotely or also available office space to work from. I would say that the Berlin office space could be upgraded to accommodate more meeting rooms or silent working areas, as you still need to be on calls with most colleagues working remotely.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salary is generous and salary bands and process is very transparent within the company.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Education budget to spend and regular 1:1's with supervisor to ensure career development. There is also flexibility for people to move across teams to different disciplines within the company.
