very friendly and open, you can always voice your concerns and bring in new ideas. very welcoming, feedback is highly appreciated.
Work-Life-Balance
business hours are 9am to 6pm, on some evenings, this can be restricting. However, depending on your tasks, you can be flexible with hours.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I believe there is no one older than 50 at the moment (this is a startup after all), but the ones in the upper age section are not treated differently than the rest, as far as I can tell.
