I felt home here from day 1. Leadership is giving so much trust. I love to come to our amazing office and don't do home office anymore
We are really known in the mental health space and I am very proud do be part of that mission vs working for another money machine
I am working reduced hours, so for me it's very balanced. As normal for an early-stage there are crunch times for sure, but those extra hours I put were my free choice and nobody ever asked me to do more than expected by my contract - in general, we are very delivery oriented, so it's on you how high you set the bar and how you manage to reach it.
As described above, I am developing into a new role here and am very thankful for the trust, support and opportunity to evolve. In general "People/HR" is putting a lot of things in place to make sure we are focussing a lot on career growth + we just hired the right leaders!
Fair pay and good equity for all employees
I see our company as a social business. People with a healthy mind usually have a healthy body and a much more healthy contact with people and nature. Also we seperate our garbage :)
We are such a diverse team, working with some old friends here, which makes it very special for me personally. Everyone here has some kind of an edge which I really like.

The office is just amazing, our founders put so much energy to make it comfortable. It's all glass ceilings on 2 floors, very bright and especially in the winter we really benefit from the extra light compared to other offices I've worked in which often made me feel depressed and wanted to go outside. I was always a home-office supporter - but since I am coming to this nice office I don't want to work from home. great atmosphere and + the people around me really motivate me
The team is well-aligned in the mission for an early-stage. Flat hierarchies and the right structures in place
The hierarchy here is more like responsibility rather than execution of power. You can go to anyone and contribute with your ideas. People are geenrally very open, experienced, yet very humble at the same time.
Right now, I am going through a very interesting transition of my role and it's exciting for me. I am really leaving my comfort zone here, feel I have the support and freedom to fail and learn

Sehr flexible Arbeitszeiten mit Vertrauensvorschuss
Da gerade viel im Umbruch ist, gehen schon mal die einen oder anderen Infos unter. Aber grundsätzlich nehme ich eine gute Kommunikation als einen wichtigen Wert des Instituts wahr.
Manchmal würde ich mir noch ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wünschen. Aber das kann ich ansprechen und wenn es gerade die Möglichkeit gibt, wird dieser Wunsch gefördert.
