There are great people working here, most are friendly (a few exceptions as in every workplace) and helpful.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary disparity is a real topic between different departments and even between people within the same department.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Extreme amount of business trips around Europe, a lot of shipments going in between offices, a lot of online orders for marketing materials, merchandise, office materials, etc. Although a great idea, monthly onboardings in the HQ mean dozens of people flying in from all of Europe. The company has a vegan/veggie policy to be more green but vegan food products is proven to be more detrimental to the environment.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The company is international, so there's no formal treatment of older colleagues like in many German companies. I like that we don't use "Frau" or "Herr" and people's last names. We're on a first-name and informal pronoun basis.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There are all kinds of managers but personally, my one-up manager is great. The organization structure is more of a flat/hierarchy style, which gives a lot of freedom.
Kommunikation
Monthly All-Hands meetings share a lot of insights. But some important communication that should come from upper management isn't shared with the entire company with the urgency that management stresses the same communication onto individual employees. The ownership of certain communication is poorly distributed.
Gleichberechtigung
We have colleagues with disabilities and/or in the LGBTQ+ spectrum but I have never heard absolutely any comments regarding these topics. Very inclusive place to work.
