Lots of opportunities and flexibility. Values which are actually lived every day and not just mandated from above. Very picky in hiring, but that's probably a good thing, too. Great prospects for the company in general.

- The downside of flexiblity is the lack of process maturity sometimes.

In terms of ergonomics, maybe find a way to better support home office setup
For better sustainbility, try and reduce the travel by plane and car that the business is causing or enabling

Great atmosphere. I've barely seen a place before where work is so enjoyable. It is a pleasure to work here, even when things are not going well, because of the great support by colleagues.

Lots of transparency and respect for the individual. In general, people are communcating as equals, no matter what their status or position.

Usually, people are very approachable and will help each other to get things done. One can rely on each other very much
Work-Life-Balance
For a start-up, the balance is quite good and very much up to the individual.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Generally, very supportive, respectful, and respected leadership team. No political games (or at least hardly noticable for my perspective), no departments battling each other, no silly red tape.
Interessante Aufgaben
Technologically all quite interesting and moving in the right direction. Suggestions for improvements are usually considered openly and often implemented quickly.

Plenty of diversity.

Haven't noticed any issues, but there also aren't very many older colleagues. The few that there are aren't treated worse than others, as far as I can tell.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very good hardware and well equipped office. Some of the furniture could be a bit more ergonomic, but most of the time people are working from home anyways.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Great awareness of the environmental impact of traveling and of doing business in general. New sustainbility manager and the various initiatives are the way to move forward.
