Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We take your input seriously and are constantly trying to improve.

Regarding our people managers, we would like to address that we have in-depth training in place for all employees who are leading others, to guarantee that they are well-trained on topics such as ensuring fairness and equality within their team, giving appropriate feedback, providing transparent recruitment processes, etc. We also collect feedback regularly that is subsequently addressed with both the team and HR.

In line with the importance we place on teamwork, it is really important for us to bring all of our colleagues together once a year to strengthen team spirit and belonging. Also, sustainability is a topic close to our heart, which is why the carbon emissions arising from the travel here were offset, and we took the conscious decision to offer a vegetarian menu. A recent internal survey showed that these all-company gatherings are widely appreciated amongst all employees. We are sorry to hear your experience was a different one.
