Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience at Holidu did not meet your expectations, and we would like to address some of the concerns you raised in your review.

First and foremost, we would like to highlight that Holidu does not discriminate against or terminate employees based on pregnancy or parental responsibilities. Your claim is one we take very seriously.

We are strongly committed to fairness and equality that have been demonstrated on multiple occasions. As with all candidates, the decision to hire is always based on their skills, performance, and suitability for the role throughout all interview stages, rather than personal circumstances. Additionally, we have had candidates in final-stage interviews who have been open about their pregnancies, and this has never been a factor in our hiring decisions.

We are also dedicated to supporting employees during and after parental leave. For team members who consistently produce great work and demonstrate enthusiasm, we always strive to offer fair and competitive compensation, along with growth opportunities once they are back into employment again. This reflects our belief in recognizing and rewarding contributions, regardless of circumstances.

Regarding workplace behavior:
While we are not entirely sure what your comment about workplace misconduct refers to, we take any implication of inappropriate behavior very seriously. At Holidu, we maintain strict and comprehensive workplace behavior policies covering areas such as discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, and victimization. These policies clearly outline acceptable behavior to ensure that all employees operate in a professional and ethical environment. In addition to that, we have also implemented a robust and accessible complaint procedure, which includes an anonymous reporting tool. This allows employees to report any concerns safely, without fear of repercussions.
