Strongly depends on your team but few people seem to enjoy coming in these days.
Kommunikation
There is departments and people that actively try not to communicate since their kingdom would be in danger when people notice they have no idea what they are doing. Comms team also seems to be overwhelmed and the lies are too obvious to most people.

Within each team this still works.
Work-Life-Balance
Those who stopped caring have a decent work-life balance to the detriment of others.

My boss was great. The one above that much less so.
Interessante Aufgaben
Many cool task or projects are impossible due to bad management and processes which leads to operational overload and constant fixing instead of progress.
Gleichberechtigung
Part-time is not popular with management and the home-office policy is a joke. Many teamleaders however understand this and it seems to be more flexible in certain areas.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There is not that many but they are treated like everyone else.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Often loud (open concept, including kitchens), IT is very slow if anything doesn't work but since they are nice I assume they are also simply overworked.
You get what you need to work in general.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is average but bonus has not been paid for years to non sales or non leaders. Very 2 class system. Absolutely no benefits to speak of, especially not for travelling and hotels.

Good products and ideas. The company is average at best and feels old for something with such innovative products. It also does not have the feel of the travel industry.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Dead end, unless in sales. You can move up quickly in title and get out into a proper job rather quickly.
