Better communication from management. Perhaps a more inclusive approach with employees.

The atmosphere has not been good for a long time at HRS and since the end of 2017 when everyone was told they will not be getting their bonuses like every year it's been horrible.
If you are looking for a place where people are happy to come to work, this is not it.
Kommunikation
Communication from management is almost non existent. The communication that you do receive is only once a decision has already been made and your input is not taken into account.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Only upside of working there. Although I have heard this does not go for all departments.

Read that contract very carefully and get everything said in the interview in writing.
