Quote: "This is not a place for work-life balance."
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
HQ has quite a pretty office.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
See above.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
People are not replaceable; they keep your business running. It's baffling how many fantastic have left because the company could not recognize their efforts.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
There's intense pressure coming from the top. New urgent tasks every day, new structures, and company priorities monthly. It creates an exhausting working atmosphere where everyone is gasping for air to get through the day.
Kommunikation
There's what is said and intended for the workforce to understand. An almost toxic positive approach is intended to keep the company overworked and underpaid to achieve whichever new ideas top management came up with upon reading the latest Silicon Valley trending bestseller.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone for themselves.
Work-Life-Balance
HR trieD (emphasis in the past tense) to institute new work policies. But in a company where top management swoons over Elon Musk, keeping these afloat has been impossible. A compulsory return to the office has been matched with the expectation to put work first over family or anything else. It's been communicated on a company-wide assembly: "This is not a place for work-life balance", this is a place where overtime is expected for the reward of being an "intrapreneur".
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Nepotism is what puts the people at the top where they are. Skills? The only ones needed are being able to take being screamed at and being a yes-man to top management.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some exciting topics are being touched on. Unfortunately, the time given to execute ideas properly is nonexistent.
Gleichberechtigung
There might be the perception that age, gender, or race might not matter in this company. Look at the board (not whoever has a C on their title), and you will see that only certain people are given growth opportunities, and they are 90% men, white, and relatively young.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Older who?
Arbeitsbedingungen
A tech company with computers from the 2000s, that's all I'll say
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Some people have tried to start employee initiatives, and there have been some diversity training sessions. But these efforts are not as crucial to the top. It's important to appear to have some corporate social responsibility, but that's where that ends.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
A tech company that benchmarks their salaries to the hotel industry... with absolutely no benefits. That's not an exaggeration.

Tja, what else is there to say?
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You'd have better chances for growth volunteering to hand out some water at your local Marathon than here.
