There is always room for improvements, otherwise you hell die! iLive has a lot in plate to work for and improve, but there is something about it which makes me as an employee - do my best, and sometimes, believe me forget‘ to check up the clock and leave; i Live knows who it is and what it stands for. It has a powerful mission which inspires employees to work towards achieving it every day. The point is, we grow together, and that’s why we feel empowered to deliver, develop and become better!

I know what it takes to have the real picture and thoughts when it comes to finding the best spot to work in, as I have experienced the same; not long ago.
When I first decided to apply for job & move to Germany, of course I have had my doubts for the place I am going to - from the place I’m going to.
I had two great opportunities in front, and I knew I should choose one, only! It was tough as my life was taking a new path, but it wasn‘t hard, as I already made my own decision, I followed my heart.
At that time iLive was operating at the old offices, and it wasn’t fancy at all, it was a very crowded working environment, with a very tiny space, but I literally felt the vibes of a very warm working environment, innovative and creative atmosphere, but most importantly, caring and great, I mean GREAT people!
