People here are very nice, alwayis willing to help you and explain whatever info you need. As this is a very technical business, people here are incrdibly intelligent and experienced, so it´s very important to stay close to your colleagues from the beginning and learn from them. That way, you´ll be able to do at least the same extraordinary things they are doing, or even improve them.

In my personal case this was and is the most difficult part. I´m learning German and improving every day, but as you foreigners might know, it´s a very difficult language. Nevertheless, most people here speak very good English, and if not, they have no problem trying to communicate with you using simplest German possiblere.

This is a really strong point of the company. We have mandatory working hours during which we must be in the office or reachable (home office), but there is no problem if, for example, you need to go to the doctor or dentis, or if you need to leave earlier for any reason. Additionally, you can manage your own time. This means that if you need to stay longer to finish something important, your extra time is recorded, so you can balance your schedule. I really like this system, it´s completely fair to the employees.

Here, you will take on a variety of tasks in international enviroments and across different fields. So, if you´re willing to learn and don´t want to spend the whole day sitting at your desk, then this is definitely the right place for you.

Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist sehr abteilungsbhängig, jedoch überwiegend positiv. Einige Kollegen verbreiten jedoch immer wieder Gerüchte, die das Arbeitsklima negativ beeinflussen. Hier wäre eine frühzeitige Kommunikation der Geschäftsführung wichtig, damit diese Falschinformationen schnellstmöglich gestoppt werden.

Die Kommunikation innerhalb der Abteilung und zwischen den Abteilungen funktioniert gut. Die Kommunikation der Geschäftsführung ist eher mittelmäßig und der Betriebsrat könnte neutraler kommunizieren.
