only the facility in neuhausen is good from what i have experienced.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Lack of transparacy and communication with the staff based on the people from HR they have absolutely no clue what they are doing!

Listen to the people and hire good people for HR that actually know the job!!!!!
Pay accordingly to the tabelle which is updated every year!!! Otherwise you have good people leaving and if it wasnt me moving away i still would be there!

Neuhausen 1 was for me my first work place after my studies. i was welcomed in a good team and enviroment. You could tell that the team was very stable.

My Manager was amazing! She is holding that place down for a very long time and you can tell that she knows what she is doing. She is a very easy going person and took time for each one of us.
Kommunikation
Easy communication with all of the team in the facility. Not so much with HR always a cringe experience with them. ripping off new comers not knowing the laws and stuff
