Worth an experience
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
At my job interview about two years ago, I was already told a lot about work and life in Germany which is very differnet to my country. When I arrived, I was temporarily given a room in an Infanterix shared apartment because of the poor housing market in Munich. This is well connected to public transportation. That way I could already get to know a few new people who could also give me some tips.
Should I return to Germany at some point, I will consider infanterix again.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
They are very inconsistent with penalties for bad employees. This can sometimes be demotivating for the people who had to suffer from it.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The facility where I worked has very modern furnishings and the working atmosphere was often very pleasant. I was very happy to go there most of the time.
Kommunikation
Communication with parents was always very pleasant. There were always language barriers between parents and colleagues or among colleagues, but we always found a way.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Almost all of my colleagues were very nice and helpful. There are three employees in all the groups. But you don't really feel anything from that because of the high sick days. It would have been easier if some colleagues had not rested on the shoulders of the hard-working and motivated ones.
Work-Life-Balance
During the first two weeks, I was told when my German course would begin and I was provided with books for it. It is exhausting to have to learn German after a full day of work, but it is doable and for 10 months. The work schedule was quite flexible. My management made sure that the work schedule was varied. But mothers usually had priority. I was also allowed to be absent for short periods of time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My management was always responsive and tried to help with everything. If someone was missing from a group, she stepped in.

We were able to suggest working materials and they were ordered quickly after approving.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There were no guidelines for this. We ourselves were responsible for not being too wasteful.

Could be better.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
When I asked about possibilities for further training and more, I received an answer and suggestions quite quickly. They offered me to take over the full costs.
