Appealing company but doesn't care about their employees

The company didn't redistribute the München Zulage in its full amount for years.
Always understaffed but the company keeps on expanding and opening new facilities.
Not listening to their staff complaints.
Does't nothing to help their staff.
Basically functions as a money machine, at the cost of the staff's mental and physical health.

Take care of your employees, they are the source of your money making machine. If they leave, your money will stop coming eventually.
Don't just make facilities for money, make them for children. Reserve always at LEAST one room for crafting, sports etc.
Don't keep on opening new facilities and expanding your business when you don't even have the staff for all the facilities already existing.
Stop cheating on the wages like you did for so long with the München Zulage.
Bring REAL transparency when it comes to salaries, and pay employees with similar background equally.
Listen to your employees complaints and find solutions to make their work better. They are not there to lose their mental or physical health, they are there to take care of children.
Give your employees their personal documentations (at least the Anerkennung and B1 diploma - paper format original, you paid for it but it's THEIRS- ).

Very bad. Extremely understaffed on a regular basis. Company that just won't hear its employees complaints and does nothing for them.

Everything there comes from IKEA. No real separation of trash.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Everybody is not paid the same although they might be doing the same tasks, the same amount of time, have similar diplomas and same amount of time in the company.
German employees are paid better than foreigners.
