Luckily for everyone else, my manager has also left the company, but communication was infrequent, unprofessional and often just cruel. She often screamed at us while working and no one from upper management did anything to stop her or help us.
Interessante Aufgaben
Honestly, I liked my tasks and enjoyed my job, but I never felt like any of my suggestions were taken seriously and there was no tolerance for wanting to make improvements.

Promotions were given based on who was friends with who. Nepotism central.
