Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Coming to work is a joy most days - especially when I get to meet together with my colleagues at the office. We put our imaginary hard hats on and tackle problems together in a holistic manner. We love to learn from one another and celebrate each success.
I also have the pleasure to work with many other employees on a variety of projects and tasks - this means that work is always interesting.
I like that I am trusted in my team and by my managers. Whenever I am met with a challenge that I cannot tackle myself my colleagues and superiors are there to support me.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There are some systematic constraints that I find a little bit illogical and hard to work around. This is however more of a Germany/ Bavaria/ Munich thing than something that Infanterix would be in control of directly.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I would love it if we in the future had more room at the office. Ideally with a bigger hall where managers can have their team and workshops can be conducted.

Really good! I enjoy coming to work at the office.
Work-Life-Balance
Much improved in the last few months - there is a balance of planning life around work and work around life. My superiors are forthcoming and understanding which is highly appreciated.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We would benefit from more meeting rooms/ larger spaces for project work or workshops. Sometimes the office gets a little loud when all employees are present. This can be a little bit distracting if one needs to concentrate or have a meeting. For focus-based tasks, I therefore opt to stay in home-office.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Here we could do much better. I sometimes feel bad about how much paper I use. That said we are slowly making adjustments so that less is wasted.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Pay could be higher as inflation has pushed everything up, and life gets more expensive. We do get a fair amount of holidays - which is nice.

Sometimes the Image of the company seems to be treated a little unfairly as as the expectations of everyone cannot be met. People forget that we are just a cog in the machinery of it all and that there are many dedicated people trying to make life and work at the company better. We try to provide feedback opportunities as often as we can to try and make adjustments that the employees want and need.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
From personal experience, my trajectory has been very good - I was given many opportunities by Infanterix. Sometimes the quality of the further education has not been the highest - but that could also be due to my expectations coming from a different education system than the German vocational education sector.
