Im new in the company but very happy, my manager is very nice even though he is very busy. Colleagues are very helpful and all information is online. What I can say this company is for someone who can work independently, if you are expecting someone to hold your hand then I think you would not like it. But If you can learn by yourself and are proactive then is really good.

For whole company communication is very clear and also for overall project things.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are nice and helpful but each one is focus on their work. They are very respectfully of boundaries. But more than that wont happen, we are working together not best friends and that's ok too.

This is very good. Many are allowed to work from home and just sometimes need to travel to the customer. This is the best benefit from all
