Supporting the Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business, you'll lead commercial growth and help bring next-generation digital health innovations to market.

Job Description

The Digital Health Director is responsible for driving the commercial growth, adoption, and strategic positioning of ACM digital health solutions across hospital systems in Western Europe.

This role leads complex enterprise engagements involving clinical, information technology, operational, and executive stakeholders to expand the adoption of connected monitoring ecosystems, software platforms, interoperability solutions, and data-enabled clinical technologies.

The role will also play a key part in supporting the launch and commercialization of new products.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop and execute the commercial strategy for digital health, connectivity, analytics, and software-based solutions across targeted health systems and integrated delivery networks in Western Europe.

Additionally you will:

  • Lead and develop a growing team of talented professionals
  • Structure, negotiate, and close multi-year strategic partnerships and enterprise agreements that enable sustainable growth across the digital health portfolio.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, assessing clinical workflows, operational priorities, and digital maturity to align solution recommendations with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with clinical, implementation, product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions that combine hardware, software, services, and connectivity capabilities.
  • Accelerate deployment and utilization within hospital IT environments through interoperability, data integration, and workflow optimization initiatives.

Beyond driving growth and adoption, you'll influence the future direction of ACM's digital health portfolio, leveraging customer insights to guide innovation and product strategy. At the same time, you'll champion long-term customer success, helping stakeholders maximize the value of their digital health investments.
This is a remote role, with regular field-based customer engagement across the region. You should expect approximately 70% travel to support strategic initiatives, engage with customers, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, medical devices, healthcare IT, enterprise software, or connected care solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Digital Health ecosystem, including healthcare IT infrastructure, interoperability, connectivity, remote patient monitoring, healthcare data integration, cloud-based environments, and the regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements governing digital health technologies.
  • Proven success commercializing enterprise digital health and healthcare technology solutions within complex healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute winning commercial strategies in complex healthcare environments, combining strategic thinking, value-based selling, financial acumen, and market access expertise to accelerate adoption and growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage executive, clinical, operational, financial, and IT stakeholders through complex, multi-layered decision-making and business processes.
  • Proven leadership experience building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams while driving alignment and execution across sales organizations, cross-functional partners, multiple business units, and global stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to represent regional business priorities, influence strategic decisions, and build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders, partners, integrators, and other key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of acute care clinical workflows, including patient monitoring and connected care environments, is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, Master's in Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards and integration frameworks, including HL7, FHIR, APIs, middleware platforms, and EHR/EMR integrations.
  • Experience in patient monitoring, connected care, virtual care, clinical surveillance, clinical decision support, or remote monitoring solutions.
  • Experience scaling enterprise partnerships across large health systems and diverse healthcare markets.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed international organizations, partnering across commercial, service, legal, finance, HR, and product management functions.
