• Coordinate, support, and take responsibility for operational
  topics
• Support Pre-Sales activities with technical design and cost
  calculations
• Review and implement changes and technical
  configurations
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects in the area of F5
  Application Delivery Controller LTM, APM, ASM, including
  implementations, migrations, and optimization
• Support the Operations team and contribute to
  troubleshooting with 3rd-level expertise

• Completed technical education or several years of
  experience working with F5 and complex Network & Security
  environments
• Team-oriented personality with very good communication
  skills in German and English, a strong service mindset, and
  the ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured
  approach to problem-solving
• Relevant certifications such as LTM, APM, or ASM are
  considered an advantage
• Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation
