Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Sales Contracts Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the legal risk in relation to aircraft deliveries
• Understand and manage the aircraft sales purchase agreement (contract) with a focus on deliveries
• Directly contribute to Airbus' financial Targets
• Manage customer & financier relationships around the globe
• Protect deliveries and manage exceptions (delays, defaults)
• Managing the delivery closing for the Transfer of Title of the aircraft to the customer
• Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on the aircraft financing
• Calculate the final aircraft price, invoice accordingly and ensure payment
• Represent Airbus for official and social events with customers

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or comparable
• Work experience in Contract Management
• Experience in dealing with Customers
• Experience in handling English-language contracts
• Goog knowledge in Data Analysis and Structuring
• Proficient handling in MS-Excel and Google Workspace
• Airbus experience would be a plus
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken
