• Take responsibility in IT system validation (CSV), act as a trusted advisor on quality-related topics, and contribute your expertise to audits and gap analyses.

Your profile

• A degree in a technical or business-related field and several years of professional experience in consulting or industry form the foundation of your expertise.

• Proven experience in leading projects within classical and/or agile SAP environments, combined with confidence in process management methods and tools, is part of your background.
• Strong knowledge of industrial value chains, preferably in life sciences, chemicals, or MedTech, enhances your profile.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, willingness to travel, and excellent English language skills complete your profile.

At our company, you’ll find a work environment where initiative, collaboration, and mutual support are truly valued. You can expect exciting projects, a fair salary, plenty of development opportunities, and a flexible working model tailored to your needs.

Your journey with us starts with a well-structured onboarding, including two welcome days at our Frankfurt office, a buddy program, and access to internal networks to help you feel at home from day one. We offer full flexibility with flexible working hours, remote work options, and even the chance to work temporarily from abroad.

With 30 vacation days plus additional paid leave for special occasions, as well as a time value account for extended breaks like sabbaticals, we ensure you have the space to recharge and balance life and work.

Our internal training curriculum, additional learning formats, and tailored development paths support your individual career goals. Regular events, cross-location networks, and our feedback platform miaX create space for exchange, ideas, and collaboration.

We support your well-being with a subsidized Urban Sports Club membership and exclusive perks through our Corporate Benefits platform. You can also privately use your company IT equipment, and stay mobile with flexible options like JobRad, a company car, or a BahnCard. And because we value your network, we reward successful referrals with an attractive bonus.

We work in a hybrid model: depending on the project requirements, you will work remotely, in one of our offices or directly at the customer's premises.
