Technical POS & API Integration Support with Hungarian

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Sofia. In this role, you will be the bridge between our partners and our technology, ensuring a seamless integration process and providing top-tier technical support. If you enjoy working with APIs, diving into root-cause analysis, and helping partners succeed, this is the perfect role for you.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will guide our partners through the technical journey of integrating with our platform and provide ongoing expert assistance. 

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are successfully integrated into our API platform.
• Manage the L1 ticketing queue, providing timely and efficient resolutions to technical queries.
• Use your analytical skills to investigate technical glitches, identify the root cause, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Use Postman to test API endpoints, validate payloads, and ensure data is flowing correctly between systems.
• Contribute to and maintain our technical documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides in Confluence.
• Work closely with internal teams via Jira to escalate complex bugs and track their resolution.

Your Profile:

• Native or fluent proficiency in Hungarian (C2/C1)
• Strong professional command of English (C1)
• Experience in API onboarding, technical support, or working with POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Аnalytical skills with a natural curiosity for how things work 'under the hood.'
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners clearly and patiently
