As a Software Engineer for Robot Applications, you will be at the forefront of our mission to democratize the robotics industry. This role is a blend of technical prowess and direct customer engagement, perfect for those who excel in agile settings and are eager to develop innovative solutions.

Activities

• Innovate with Cloud-Native Applications: Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions, focusing on Kubernetes.
• Robotic Software Development: Create robotic solutions using Python, integrating Kubernetes for enhanced orchestration and scalability.
• Direct Customer Engagement: Work closely with clients, understanding their needs to develop tailored, user-centric technical solutions.
• Agile Software Development: Participate in all software development lifecycle stages with a hacker mindset for rapid iteration.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Align closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and project objectives.

Requirements

• Expertise in Cloud & Kubernetes: Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes.
• Tech Versatility: Proficiency in additional technology spaces and programming languages.
• Robotics/Automation Background: Experience in the robotics or automation industries is a plus.
• AI Learner: Curious about how AI meets robotics.
• Startup Experience: Prior experience in a startup environment is highly regarded.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English.
• Working Mode: Willing to work on-site in Dresden most of the time.
