• Manage and continuously improve the quality and integrity of the ServiceNow CMDB
• Ensure Configuration Items CIs, assets and related data are accurate, complete and aligned with governance standards
• Manage the full lifecycle of Configuration Items, from creation through retirement
• Monitor CMDB health, identify inconsistencies and drive data quality improvements
• Support internal and external audits, including EU DORA compliance activities
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into CMDB health, compliance and asset lifecycle
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure CMDB accuracy and support operational decision-making
• Act as the primary point of contact for CMDB data quality and governance topics

• 3+ years of experience with CMDB Management in ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of Configuration Items, CI relationships and lifecycle management
• Experience with CMDB governance, data quality management and Service Portfolio Management
• Experience with audits, compliance requirements and CMDB documentation
• Knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation within ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a structured way of working
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• English at communicative level; German is an advantage
