Position Description:

As our Precision Ear Modeling Specialist, you'll work in a dynamic environment known for its commitment to design excellence and user experience, interacting directly with study participants and creating precise ear impressions using advanced silicone molds.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality ear impressions using silicone molds, adhering to specific research protocols
• Engage professionally with study participants across diverse age groups (teenagers to seniors)
• Implement and maintain strict COVID-19 sanitization procedures between participant sessions
• Stay informed about the latest developments in hearing aid technology and industry best practices
• Represent the TELUS AI brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

• Active Hearing Aid Dispenser license in the state of California (proof required)
• Demonstrated experience in creating ear impressions
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to rapid changes and evolving technology
