Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. limited (CATL) is a global leader in innovative new energy technologies. Our business includes research and development (China), manufacturing and sales of battery systems (lithium-ion batteries) for electric vehicles and stationary energy storage systems. Currently, CATL's first European production plant for lithium-ion batteries is being built at Erfurter Kreuz in Arnstadt (Thuringia), which is to become the headquarters for the whole of Europe in the future.

1. Be responsible for manufacturing function support(MFS) department and leading MFS team, and support operaton manager to drive operation performance measurement and improvement;
2. Responsible for operation management data analysis and highlight operation risks as early as possible to drive functional team to develop and implement corrective activites;
3. Support operation mananger to schedule and prepare operation meetings, standard work and tired KPI/TASK management meetings, and follow up task until close;
4. Be responsible for communication with departments in China headquarter;
5. Lead production cost control with production cost budget, tracking and analysis, and drive cost reduction actions;
6. Lead HC planning with standard production/Logistics HC Model calculation, and support production/Logistics employee  recruitment process;
7. Improve the staff training system and skill certification, plan and lead training, organize staff skill certification, and ensure have enough qualified employees for the production line;
8. Be responsible for employee care and assist EHS in health care management.
9. Assist in the creation of documents of quality management system;
