Deine Aufgaben
- Checking the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing orders and goods
- General follow-up of warehouse activities (repacking, timely replenishment, etc.)
- Performing administrative tasks related to inventory management
- In case of quality issues, you implement corrective measures following a root cause analysis
- You are responsible for periodically sending out internal and external stock reports, in coordination with the WHS supervisor
- You inspect storage locations for missing goods and identify potential improvements
- You perform regular inventory checks
- You specify item characteristics for new products and carry out periodic ABC analyses
- You monitor expiration dates of goods and follow up in line with customer requirements
- You manage stock both physically and systematically via our WMS system
- You actively participate in the implementation of new customers, offering support and advice
Dein Profil
A motivated colleague to strengthen our team who possesses the following qualities:
- Experience with warehousing operations, warehouse processes and logistics equipment (forklifts, safety procedures, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and MS Access
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Strong affinity with the logistics industry
- Able to quickly identify patterns and come up with creative solutions
- Someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, if you speak Dutch that's a plus
