Deine Aufgaben

• Wear a head-mounted capture device (PICO 4 Ultra) for the duration of scheduled recording sessions.
• Perform assigned everyday tasks naturally while keeping your hands and the objects you handle clearly in view.
• Follow the task guidelines, scene setup, and moderator instructions for each session.
• Record short, self-contained task clips (Target average ~1 minute).
• Keep both hands visible and in frame for the large majority of every clip.
• Use both hands as needed to put on, adjust, and properly fit the head-mounted device.
• Handle quick device checks between takes (confirming the headset is recording, charged, and connected).
• Maintain the cleanliness and care of shared equipment (Sanitation supplies provided).
• Perform basic troubleshooting of the equipment as needed.
• Ensure first-person (POV) perspective with a clear, stable view of the hands and manipulated objects.
• Maintain natural, uninterrupted movement; avoid sudden or jerky head motions.
• Ensure good, even lighting in the work area.
• Record one task as one continuous clip.
• Ensure footage meets the program's quality bar with a target >90% acceptance rate.

Dein Profil

• 18 years of age or older.
• Based in the commutable distance in Fremont, CA.
• Able to comfortably wear an 8 - 10 lb head/body pack for up to 8 hours.
• Able to remain on your feet for up to eight hours per shift, including standing and walking.
• Able to frequently use your hands and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
• Able to bend and reach as required to perform assigned tasks.
• Able to bend and lift items using both hands; these activities may occur frequently throughout the day.
• Able to pick up or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform the hand movements and object manipulation required for the assigned activities.
• Able to demonstrate hand-eye coordination when handling project materials and equipment.
• Able to perform required neck movement from side to side without experiencing loss of balance.
• Comfortable operating VR/AR headsets without adverse effects (e.g., no motion sensitivity or motion sickness).
• Able to perform required visual tasks in a simulated environment where visual cues and triggers are common.
• Able to distinguish and respond to visual cues and triggers necessary to perform the assigned activities and follow task instructions.
• Eye-hand coordination & manual dexterity: Able to perform everyday object-manipulation tasks smoothly, precisely, and repeatedly while keeping the hands within the camera's field of view.
• Hand size within the 25th - 75th percentile (For glove fit).
• Basic technology comfort: Able to follow simple device steps such as powering on the headset, connecting it to Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot, pairing over Bluetooth, and starting/stopping a recording with light guidance.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured instructions precisely.
• Prior experience in data collection, QA, or task-based gig work
• Experience with consumer VR/AR headsets or action cameras
• Comfortable working to a schedule in a supervised, repetitive-task environment
