Tasks
Participation in the development of all technological documentation and its management
Collaboration in the procurement and evaluation of literature
Responsible for the organizational design of all measures for the implementation of DIN ISO 9001 and 14001 as well as EMAS as part of the company's QM/UM representative
Organization and implementation of audits Coordination of company information (QSV, self-assessments, etc.).
Management of product complaint management.
Support with energy management 50001.
Preparation of the environmental statement
Profile
In-depth knowledge of technological documentation development and management.
Experience in procurement and evaluation of literature relevant to quality and environmental management.
Proficiency in organizational design for implementing quality standards such as DIN ISO 9001 and environmental standards like 14001 and EMAS.
Proven ability to organize and conduct audits effectively.
Strong coordination skills for managing company information, including QSV reports and self-assessments.
Demonstrated expertise in product complaint management.
Familiarity with energy management standards, particularly ISO 50001.
Capability to prepare environmental statements in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
