Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• Drive and support standardized operational processes across stations (inbound, sorting, scanning, exception handling)
• Collect, Validate and analyze operational data to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Monitor service quality an delivery performance, identifying improvement areas
• Track and support key KPIs such as scanning rate, delivery succss rate and lead time
• Develop, update and implement SOPs across the network
• Train frontline teams to ensure consistent execution
• Act as a key interface to resolve operational issues

Dein Profil

• Bachelor´s degree or higher
• Experience in logistics, express delivery or warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
• Experience in team leadership
• Strong analytical mindset and confident handling of data and KPIs
• Excellent communications skills
