The team
You’ll belong to a team that’s quickly evolving and is energised by our mission. Our current team is made up of six hybrid AMs working across credit cards and Flexi-loan, and a Credit Card Team Lead. We’re looking to build a team of AMs dedicated to credit cards to support the growth of the product.
Since launch early in 2026 the team have provided valuable feedback to aid development of the new credit card system and our processes from scratch. The team is close-knit, well-organised, and takes responsibility for each others’ learnings. They’ve adapted to working with blank canvases where answers might not yet exist, and had a big role in establishing them using their initiative and experience. Over time, we expect the team to grow and evolve mirroring what the Customer Success team does best, convert customers at scale and ensure watertight processes so no customer is left behind.
