What you'll do

• Provide front-line support to customers, sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders via service channels such as ticketing systems, email, chat, and phone, as needed.

• Manage requests related to billing, invoicing, licensing, quotes, pricing, order processing, provisioning, and account maintenance.

• Build working knowledge of Atlassian products, pricing models, business rules, commercial policies, and supporting tools.

• Use customer and stakeholder feedback to improve workflows, automation opportunities, knowledge content, and team practices.

• Represent Atlassian’s values through clear communication, sound problem-solving, and dependable follow-through.

Requirements

• One year of experience working as a B2B customer service representative. 

• B2 English spoken and written. 

• Important to have a weekend university schedule if studying. 

• Strong urgency, solution-oriented, attention to detail, responsibility in dealing with sensitive information, and the ability to work under pressure for accurate execution.

• Excellent written and communication skills, and be comfortable with customer-facing

interactions through Zoom meetings, calls, chats, or emails.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.

• High knowledge retention, confident with self-paced learning, and resilient with fast-paced environments to adapt quickly as business processes, systems, and team boundaries evolve.

• Provide exceptional customer service, accuracy in responses that build confidence, and ensure high satisfaction
