Position overview: The Customer Care Representative - Intermediate are the liaisons between our company and our patients. The Customer Care Representative - Intermediate aim to accept ownership for effectively solving issues, complaints, and inquiries from our patients in an empathetic manner. Customer satisfaction is at the core of every decision and behavior on our team.

Key responsibilities: Customer Care Representative - Intermediate - Centrum Health job description is intended to point out major responsibilities within the role, but it is not limited to these items:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Projects as assigned.

• Advanced English Level
• Schedule flexibility - Required.
• Previous experience in customer support; healthcare experience is a plus
• Managing self-development

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Oral and written comprehension (Grammar)
• Appropriate use of language (Excellent written and verbal communication).
• High school diploma
• Previous experience in customer support; healthcare experience is a plus
