YOUR TASKS

• RESPONSIBILITY... for managing existing customers and acquiring new customers in the D-A-CH / CEE region within the OEM and aftermarket business
• ENSURING... a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and support processes
• FURTHER DEVELOPMENT... of existing customer relationships and expansion of new business opportunities
• MONITORING... the entire order fulfillment process, from contract signing and delivery through to installation and after-sales support
• OPTIMIZATION... of tool-supported processes (e.g., SAP, CRM, process management tools) to increase efficiency
• MANAGEMENT... of claims and contract deviations, while ensuring compliance with budget and revenue targets
• COORDINATION... of collaboration between front- and back-office teams across the D-A-CH / CEE region
• PARTICIPATION... in the further development of efficient structures, processes, and KPIs
• SHAPING... the mobility of the future

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or business development
• Experience in sales and customer service in a B2B environment, ideally within a technical OEM environment
• Knowledge of claim and project management, preferably in an international or cross-border context
• Very good knowledge of SAP and/or other tool-supported process and CRM systems
• Business-fluent German and English language skills; additional Central or Eastern European language skills are an advantage
• Strong customer and sales orientation combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant way of working
• Excellent communication skills as well as strong teamwork and organizational abilities

Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.

The minimum salary is from € 4,000 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
