AI, Recruitment Analyst III - GT | Sourcing Administrator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our global recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey from application to onboarding. This is a full-time, remote position, and candidates must be located in Central America, working within diverse time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Application Management: Efficiently screen online global application forms and candidate profiles to assess suitability for various roles.
- Applicant Communication: Manage the screening and follow-up of applicant questionnaires, and handle daily correspondence with candidates worldwide via email.
- Data Accuracy & Tracking: Meticulously track and update candidate profiles and information within our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process Improvement Support: Contribute to identifying opportunities for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Reporting Support: Assist with data collection and preliminary analysis related to recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless workflow and achieve shared hiring goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building and cherishing our company's image as a top employer.
Requirements:
Experience
- Internal candidate: minimum 1 year of experience in a dedicated Sourcing, Recruitment, Administration or coordination role.
- External candidate: minimum 1 year and half of experience in a dedicated Sourcing, Recruitment, Administration or coordination role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
- Experience using case management tools is a plus.
- Experience working in a recruitment environment is a distinct advantage.
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Education, Languages, Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration a related field.
Language Proficiency: Professional English Proficiency (B2 High). Multilingual abilities are a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate Excel skills. An Excel assessment will be part of the selection process.
- Google G-Suite proficiency is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience with Social Media Channels for professional use is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills; a natural, persuasive, and engaging communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures.
- Ability to adapt workflow efficiently to new requirements and priorities.
- Experience with content creation for recruitment purposes is a plus.
- Familiarity with personnel recruitment campaigns is a plus.
