Sales Representative- Entry

Deine Aufgaben

• In this role, you will drive the top of our client acquisition funnel by managing high-volume interactions and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience:
• Lead Engagement: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, serving as the primary bridge between prospective clients and our legal experts.
• Empathetic Consulting: Listen actively to client concerns, demonstrating deep empathy and professionalism, especially when dealing with high-stress immigration situations.
• Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the firm’s value and expertise, educating potential clients on how our services can solve their specific challenges.
• Conversion & Growth: Convert qualified leads into scheduled paid consultations, meeting and exceeding booking targets.
• Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and lead status within our CRM system to ensure a flawless hand-off to the legal team.
• Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up with leads to ensure no opportunity for help (or business) is missed.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales and legal teams to optimize the client journey from the first call to the first consultation.

Dein Profil

• Proven track record in call center operations or inside sales (experience in legal or high-stakes service industries is a plus).
• Resilience: Ability to remain calm, poised, and professional in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly and handle conflict with grace.
• Sales Acumen: Comfortable discussing fees, handling objections, and closing bookings.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask - capturing critical data in real-time while maintaining an engaging conversation.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and modern call center tools.
