• Ensure the stable operation of network and security
  environments within 2nd level support
• Administer and continuously improve network and security
  solutions through incident and change management
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in customer
  environments with a focus on long-term solutions
• Maintain and update technical customer documentation
• Participate in an on-call remote rotation as required

• Completed IT education or several years of experience in
  operating and troubleshooting network and security
  environments
• Strong knowledge of routing & switching, wireless
  networking WLAN, and firewall technologies
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a
  structured working approach
• Team-oriented mindset and professional communication in
  technical environments
• Good German and English communication skills
• Experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba, Check Point, or Fortinet
  technologies and related certifications is an advantage
