Omnitracker/ServiceNow Administrator (with German)

Your tasks

• Ensuring stable day-to-day operation of the OMNITRACKER platform of CommerzReal (application server, Windows/Web clients, web gateway, e-mail interface), including monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, version upgrades and release management;
• Implementing change requests from IT: adapting fields, forms, data schema objects, folder structures, permissions, escalation rules and notification templates via the OMNITRACKER Administration Client;
• Designing, building and modifying process flows and workflows, including executable BPMN 2.0 process models created with the OMNITRACKER BPMN Modeler and run by the OMNITRACKER BPMN Engine;
• Maintaining and extending the OMNITRACKER ITSM Center processes (incident, service request, problem, change & release management) and the CMDB data model (CI classes, attributes, relationships, data quality);
• Developing and maintaining client- and server-side scripts (VBScript, PowerShell, OMNITRACKER Automation Interface) for automation and for integrations with third-party systems (e.g. REST/SOAP web services, e-mail processing, monitoring and asset/discovery tools);
• Creating and maintaining reports, statistics, dashboards and data imports/exports for IT management and process owners;
• Root cause analysis and resolution of platform-related incidents and problems, including performance analysis and tuning of the OMNITRACKER environment;
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation (configuration, scripts, interfaces, operating procedures) in line with the regulatory requirements of a financial services environment;
• Close collaboration with IT operations teams, process owners and the vendor OMNINET (support cases, updates, trainings), embedded in ITIL-based IT Operations Management processes.

Your Profile

• Previous experience with configuration of the OMNITRACKER platform;
• Good scripting knowledge (VBScript / PowerShell);
• Good knowledge of process & workflow design (BPMN 2.0);
• Experience in ITSM processes (ITIL) such as incident management, request fulfilment, change & release management and configuration management;
• Experience with Windows Server administration, MS SQL Server basics, installation/upgrade procedures, backup and monitoring;
• Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation;
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
• Fluency in German - both written and spoken;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
