Position Summary
For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist. Reporting to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent for the center.
A day in the life of...
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
- Source and recruit candidates;
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center;
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
What will make you successful
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas
- At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment
- Fluent in English, with any additional language being a great plus, specially Spanish
- Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient
- Good priority management and communication skills
- Strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus and understand the business environment
