Responsibilities
As a Senior Expert (m/f/d/x) TV & Program Management EU at Deutsche Telekom, you will play a key role in shaping the future of television and streaming services for millions of customers across Europe. Within our CMG (B2C Commercial Growth) organization, this position serves as a central role in our European organization, driving the commercial perspective of key strategic initiatives.
You will take the lead in translating market-specific commercial requirements into actionable product, UX/UI, and strategic recommendations for critical initiatives such as TV Soul and the OneTV Standalone App. Your expertise in commercial strategy, product strategy, and the TV and streaming industry will be essential as you coordinate commercial input from our European national companies (NatCos) and provide strategic recommendations on Operator Tier discussions.
A key aspect of your role will be supporting the development and refinement of Deutsche Telekom's overarching European TV strategy by connecting various strategic initiatives and bringing a strong customer, market, and commercial perspective into executive-level discussions. This requires excellent stakeholder and program management skills to navigate complex cross-functional environments, drive alignment across multiple markets and business units, and prepare decision-making materials for senior management.

Profile
- University degree in Commercial Strategy, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent vocational training with relevant specialization, additional professional qualifications, or several years of professional experience in product development.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy and driving market success.
- Strong program management capabilities with experience leading complex strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across diverse teams, markets, and organizational levels.
- Solid experience in product strategy within a digital product environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the TV and streaming industry, including market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Advanced strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable execution plans.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Fluency in German and additional European languages.
