For an innovative, international environment, we are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) with a focus on Artificial Intelligence & Automation who will lead digital transformation initiatives from concept through successful implementation.

Working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and other key partners, you will develop scalable solutions based on modern AI and automation technologies and drive their sustainable adoption, combining strategic thinking, technological expertise, and strong project management skills to create measurable business value.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and automation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize innovative use cases with high business value
• Develop and implement sustainable digitalization and automation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage project roadmaps, business cases, budgets, resources, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and support their successful implementation
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive the adoption of new technologies
• Support pilot projects, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and rollout initiatives to accelerate technology adoption
• Ensure the responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI and automation solutions
• Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement through modern technologies

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in project management, digital transformation, automation, or a comparable technology-driven environment
• Proven experience managing complex projects in an international environment
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of modern technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, and workflow automation
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and data-driven solutions
• Good knowledge of Python, SQL, and ideally Snowflake
• Experience with modern platforms and tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or comparable technologies is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
