Test Automation Engineer (flexhub)

• Analyzing application design and code to identify areas where automation can be applied;
• Developing tests cases, test plans, test scripts, test data sets, or test procedures based on business requirements;
• Reporting results of automated tests to development teams so that defects can be addressed before production release;
• Conducting post-release audits to ensure that software is functioning properly in a live environment;
• Developing automation frameworks and reusable code libraries for future automation projects;
• Coordinating with development teams to ensure that new features are thoroughly tested before deployment;
• Documenting test plans, test cases, test results, and other test artifacts;
• Maintaining the test automation architecture and the test automation framework and significantly further develop it for us;
• Ensuring the continuous improvement of our test methodology, test environment, test data, test stages and quality gates;
• Automating existing test cases and test runs with Test Automation frameworks e.g. Microfocus UFT;
• Defining and implementing load and performance test cases to ensure the robustness of our applications.

• Strong practical and theoretical understanding of the best practices in software development lifecycle;
• High knowledge of Python;
• Good knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (Pytest, Selenium, Appium, Gherkin/Cucumber, Tayco, JavaScript);
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Experience using AI automation tools is a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
