IT & Digitalisation Manager

As Porsche Middle East & Africa FZE continues to advance its digital capabilities and technology landscape, we are looking for an experienced IT leader to join our team. As the IT & Digitalisation Manager, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation, IT operations, infrastructure, information security, and technology governance across PME and the region. Acting as a strategic technology partner to the business, you will drive innovation through Microsoft 365, AI, automation, collaboration platforms, and data-driven solutions, while ensuring compliance with Porsche Group standards and information security requirements. This role plays a critical part in enabling business growth, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering secure, reliable, and future-focused technology services across the organisation. 

What to expect?

• <span>Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cloud services, workplace technology, service management and business continuity for PME and regional stakeholders.</span>
• <span>Act as Local Information Security Officer (LISO), ensuring compliance with Porsche security directives, ISMS requirements, risk management, audit activities, incident management and security awareness programmes.</span>
• <span>Drive digital transformation initiatives including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, collaboration technologies, workflow automation and productivity improvements.</span>
• <span>Own AI governance and adoption activities, including policy development, compliance reviews, user enablement, training programmes and responsible AI implementation.</span>
• <span>Govern business intelligence and data platforms including Power BI processes, reporting governance, data quality standards and business requirements management.</span>
• <span>Manage onboarding, offboarding, identity and access management, vendor access governance and enterprise application administration.</span>
• <span>Serve as strategic technology partner to leadership, departments, subsidiaries and external partners; manage regional projects, integrations and stakeholder communications. </span>

What sets you apart?

• <span>Minimum of 5-6 years of proven leadership experience managing technical teams, service providers and technology vendors.</span>
• <span>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders.</span>
• <span>Extensive proven record of IT management experience within multinational organizations, covering enterprise IT operations, infrastructure and technology governance.</span>
• <span>Self-motivated, with a hands-on working approach and the ability to work independently.</span>
• <span>Proven experience leading regional technology initiatives, digital transformation programmes and cross-functional projects.</span>
• <span>Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft Copilot.</span>
• <span>Demonstrated experience in information security, cybersecurity, compliance, data governance and AI governance frameworks.</span>
• <span>Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or other relevant education.  </span>
